Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya

Medium : Hindi
Starring : Ritesh Deshmukh, Genelia Deshmukh, Tinnu Anand, Om Puri
Director : Mandeep Kumar
Music : Sachin - Jigar

Tere Naal Love Ho GayaThe new bollywood movie 'Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya' can create attention, as its lead pair, Ritesh and Genelia got married recently. Otherwise, it is a normal project only. It is produced by Tips and distributed by UTV. The movie is directed by Mandeep Kumar. Sachin - Jigar team is in charge of the music.

Viren (Ritesh Deshmukh) is a poor auto rickshaw driver. He runs the auto owned by a rich man (Tinnu Anand), belonging to the Sikh family. Without telling the hero, the owner had sold the auto. Viren had lost all his savings, he has been collecting through these years and had kept in the auto. He wants to take revenge on the boss. At the same time, Mini (Genelia Deshmukh), the daughter of the rich man, doesn't want to marry the boy selected by his father. She thus uses Viren, by taking advantage of his situation, she plans a fake kidnapping drama. Mini is a free bird now, but the situation is changed as the girl and the kidnapper, together got kidnapped by another gang.

The story of the movie is not a new one. Both the kidnapping episodes has also been seen before, especially in some telugu movies. The Tere Naal Love Ho Gayaafter effects of the kidnapping scenes are not treated in a professional manner. The girl's family is behaving there in a childish way. They are ready to pay whatever money demanded, without looking at its seriousness. The second half is concentrated only at the hero's house, which is a drawback. The hero's father is told to us a notorious personality, but there are no such scenes shown here to substantiate that fact. The item song towards the end was not at all needed. The first half goes in a speedy manner. The real tempo is lost in the second half.

Songs are visualized neatly and they all goes with the mood. There are a couple of marriage function numbers also. Cinematography by Chirantan Das is colorful. Manish More is the editor. Script by Dhieyo Sandhu needs a more professionalism in approach. Genelia did a good show, similar to her role in 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na' and 'Bommarrillu'. Ritesh Deshmukh gave a subtle performance, allowed his real life wife to dominate in many areas. The on-screen chemistry between the two were not the best.

There is nothing extraordinary in a movie like Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya. It can be watched for a time pass, when there are no options left.
